I tend to use an electric heat gun for uncapping most frames nowadays to save on dealing with the wax cappings that you get with a knife. This unit might be better - certainly not as noisy.

Bit too slow for my liking.
I'm currently using a steam knife like the one below. Literally takes seconds to uncap a frame. The frame sits in a holder and you slide it over the hot "V" shaped steam knife. Cappings drop onto a filter tray beneath. Longest bit is turning the frame over to do the other side. Brilliant bit of kit from Abelo.
The before and afters show the one handicap, you need frames drawn beyond the wooden edges, it can't uncap the hollows.
