Fried drone brood - delicious

Came across this blog entry on the beeinformed website. Fried drone brood with honey and soya sauce. Not sure I am convinced enough to try it though.

Came across a stall selling brood fried in honey and wrapped in palm leaves whilst in Malaysia. Had to try it and as expected it was awful. I have a photo somewhere. Not a nice memory!

Now your response is more akin to what I believe mine would be, i am not convinced it would be that good although soy sauce can cover up many ills

Hi Chris, found some photos but being a dinosaur I don’t know how to import them from Dropbox.. Anyone got any ideas? Also it was Cambodia- but then they have a repution for eating anything that moves.
