Hygiene certificate

Hi folks, I am looking to do the level 2 food hygiene certificate for market sales but I never realised there was more than one available. My question is do I go for Catering & Retail or the one for Manufacturing ? Any idea please ??

My guess is we would need both- the manufacturer course because you produce it and the retail course because you sell it direct to your consumers.
The whole thing would be then traceable farm to fork

You only need the manufacturing one as you are not catering to the masses.
Loads of online courses...easy peasy.

Can't find the different courses you mentioned, a google search for level 2 hygiene certificate just brings up the level 2....which is the one you want.
Only £12.......and on line..... a bargain. In fact anyone selling honey should get one of these before registering with your local authority.
