Nothing in beekeeping is 100% but to date (with one exception) none have swarmed in their first 2 years. Generally the queens run out of sperm an d they get superseded..but I do give them lots of room. I suspect if they were confined to a single brood box they may well try to swarm. Temper is exemplary as is their daughters. Further on, as they gain more mongrel genes, all bets are off...although I have a few f3's that are very good.
