Germanic wasp

Common wasp - Vespula vulgaris

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vespula_vulgaris

Notice the different pattern on the back. Smaller than Vespula germanica

And who said Beekeeping was just about bees!

This by the way is the extent of my wasp knowledge

It was a Waps Queen regardless of being common/Geraman or Bolivian..had nothing but trouble with them over the years mainly when pulling supers..the little gits seem to fire the bees up more than they would be without wapses..
