Haha.. on the bee Vac Jazz,,however i will not be collecting swarms unless it is an emergency.. ;) ..

Well done you though..it looks a well thought out plan even though it was not that has worked a treat and thank you for taking the time to take the pictures and add them to a very informative post..thinking on your feet where bees are concerned is a good thing and you have it nailed.......By the way what happened to the wife only allowing one hive... :lol: :lol: :lol: ..we obviously know the answer to that.. ;) ..

Haha,
I thought that was the way with all beeks wives. My excuse was well I need a second hive cos if one doesnt make it through the winter I would have to start again and spend another £280 on a nuc etc etc, I thinks she has given up now, theres 3 in back garden and (2 nucs in the front.........just in case) lol

Spot on..i started around six years ago trying to save the bees and all that palava .. not interested in honey as i do not eat it anyway and so do many others till the poop hits the fan..obviously the hive count went to two and two went to four and now i give up on how many i need and so does she.. :D

Haha cheers Steve - well when she got involved she caught the bug! She still says she's not "that into" beekeeping but she lifts frames, looks for queens and vacuums swarms so that's fine by me!! :lol:
