I know it is apparently bad practice but my bees are 76 miles away so they have little chance of finding this.. :D ..
Last week i put these cappings out as i do every year for the bumble bees to clean up..this year a good number of honey bees have also found it..it was good timing really putting them out when i did as the weather turned pants with little forage for the bumble bees due to low temperatures and rain..a week later and the wax is almost bone dry and hopefully it has benefited the bumble bees in some way..
