Send me a sample and I'll look at it down a microscope. Lime pollen is quite distinctive, if over 60% lime you are in business . It's a much wanted honey and very very difficult to get. I have an avenue of lime tress 300 yards form my garden apiary and never a drop has found it's way into my honey.
