Thanks for that Adam, as if Boris wasn't bad enough.

Nigel, I can be in the sea and fishing within 30mins from home now and its a real eye opener what is just 100yds out of reach from the pier. Was going to buy an extractor last year but we dropped overall almost 50% compared to 2019 harvest. I cut my harvest short by mid July and decided to let them have their honey stores for winter prep hoping to have them in tip top shape for 2021, bit like everything else this year. Here's hoping I need a new extractor this year or its and electric out board for the kayak.

Cheers, Mick.

I have mates who Yak and catch loads on them. We used to bass fish out of Exmouth with a guy who never went more than a couple of miles offshore and we did very well. Plenty of new "essential safety" toys options as well. Result!

Surely as a mechanic you could adapt your outboard to power your extractor, then its not only a vital safety equipment purchase but saving you money?? Win win..

"If you are not required to self-isolate: You should continue to care for your animals in the normal manner"

Define “normal”. My normal is wearing a large hat covered in fruit a la Carmen Miranda and sashaying a Cha Cha Cha between hives. Does that still count?

Working down the demographic
Over 50s are the last priority group followed by the remainder of the population.
Bees will be last.
