Why can't I buy MAQS?

Just trying to buy MAQS and it seems to be out of stock everywhere. Is there an issue with it?

The NOD (manufacturer) website news page mentions a delay in their European testing site - that was April; maybe the delay has not been cleared.

Not sure it would as MAQ's has authorization in the UK and needs no further testing. I suggest it will be a supply issue but it is odd that it is out of stock with so many outlets.
